Appreciated how fairly clean the place was. Extremely comfy beds, slept like a baby. The bathroom included a walk-in shower, a dryer, and bath sheets. Food for breakfast was freshly made. We could see street from our window. And thanks to its very central location it was marvellous, in a nice and quiet area.

We had a lovely stay at a cozy and peaceful place with everything we needed within a 5-minute walk. The local coop, chipper, and dog-friendly pub were a bonus. Our pooch loved the nice big park nearby. The people in the area were friendly, and the host kept us updated and made us feel welcome. The welcome pack was a nice touch that helped us settle in. I'll recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Our stay at Ramblers Rest was great value for money. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including thoughtful extras like bread, milk, and fruit juice. The location was excellent, with shops, pubs, and a supermarket just steps away. The staff were friendly and provided helpful directions and a generous welcome pack.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at a cozy, well-equipped accommodation with extra toiletries and a fridge stocked with fresh food! The location was excellent, close to shops and supermarkets. The host went the extra mile with little touches like toys for the children and stocked cupboards. We truly felt at home.
Parking was a bit of a hassle due to limited space, but we managed to find a spot nearby. Additionally, the stormy weather in the surrounding area was a minor inconvenience.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our time at the hotel. the shower pressure was a bit weak and the table and chairs were not arranged in the most comfortable manner.

Hiking, skiing, and cycling - who needs a spa when you can torture yourself like that? Dundee Airport nearby for a quick getaway. Loved the sofa, perfect for my afternoon lounging.
Oh, just didn't enjoy the towels, they were simply delightful. not.

Hiking, skiing, and cycling in the surroundings, so I pretended to be active while sipping tea. The apartment had a sofa, perfect for lounging, and a dining area, in case I felt like dining.
Towels were offered, how inconvenient! I prefer air-drying.

We stayed at Ramblers Rest for a few nights while visiting family and exploring the local area. The host Kirsty has thought of everything to make the flat feel like a home away from home. From a well-stocked kitchen with all the appliances and snacks for the kids, to a cozy and clean atmosphere, we couldn't have asked for more. The village is lovely, with friendly shop owners and a peaceful ambiance. We especially appreciated the dog-friendly pub and the big park nearby, perfect for our pooch to enjoy. a delightful stay with everything we needed within a short walk.
